FitMyRecipe (“we”, “us”) builds an app that saves any recipe and rebuilds it to fit your goals. This policy explains what we collect through this website and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit it to our early-access waitlist or beta form.
- Basic, privacy-friendly usage data (such as page views) if web analytics is enabled. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about early access, the beta programme, and our launch — and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not use your email for anything you didn’t ask for.
Legal basis
We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our messaging:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
- Brevo — delivers the email notification of your signup to our inbox.
These providers process data on our behalf and may operate in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the launch you signed up for.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies. Any analytics we run is privacy-friendly and aggregate-only.
Children
This site and the waitlist are not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
